In my Linux Commands for Beginners series, we’ll explore everything you need to know in order to be productive on the Linux Command Line. You’ll learn basic commands, input/output redirection, package management, resource monitoring, troubleshooting, and more. This video serves as an introduction.
Gosh, I am surprised that I just found this topic on the forum. Just finding the topic makes me want to go through the series again so I can capture some of my thoughts that I had while going through it. Hopefully it will be beneficial to others as well from someone who had lost what little Linux skills that he had had over a decade ago, and had to “get back on” the proverbial horse and start riding again.
If anyone beats me to it I will happily give up the position as I am in the middle of configuring my working environment on a used desktop that I just bought a couple of weeks ago.
For anyone who might go through this series and need some help, I’ll be watching this thread and will happily lend a hand.
